The program is designed to recognize, encourage and reward the hard work of  volunteer patrol members. The program divides patrolling members into four levels; Grommets, Rookies, Jaffas and Eagles, based on qualifications, experience and time at the club. We hope the pathway will give members something to strive for during their time at the Inverloch SLSC. As seasons go by members can progress through the levels, with milestones recognized during the season and at the annual presentation night. The Eagles group is the the pinnacle of our club and will recognize those members who have made an outstanding contribution to the club over numerous years.
