Nipper Program Information - Season 2020/21

The Nippers Committee is pleased to announce the club will be offering a modified Nippers program for season 2020/21.
The program will operate with reduced numbers and COVID Safe practices and protocols in line with requirements set by Life Saving Victoria, from Monday 4th January 2021 to Friday 8th January 2021 at the Inverloch Surf Beach.
We will run a ballot system for age groups that reach capacity.
Just a reminder that we are all volunteers and that 2020 has been a year that no one has ever experienced before. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s request but be mindful that some children/siblings may miss out.

The guiding principles for program delivery this season are:
  1. We are here to learn, make friends and have fun!
  2. Things will be different this year and that’s ok!
  3. We are doing our best and we do what we can!

Ballot & Application Information

The process for Nipper applications is as follows:
  1. Ballot registrations for existing members (season 2019/20) for Under 8 - Under 13 age groups are now open. We will not be running Under 6, 7 or 14. Click the button below to register for the ballot.
  2. Ballot applications will close at 5pm on Sunday 13th of December.
  3. Available places will be allocated by age group to Age Managers children first, followed by ballot submissions. Should there be more applicants than places available, names will be drawn randomly for each age group strictly based on date of birth.
  4. Primary contacts will be advised once allocation has been completed.
  5. Successful applicants will be given an opportunity to renew their existing family membership (if not already done) followed by an invitation to register for the Nipper Program.
  6. Those who fail to complete the renewal/registration process in the specified timeframe will forfeit their places for allocation to the next on the waiting list.
