The Inverloch Surf Lifesaving Club is excited to announce the opening of several subcommittee positions. These roles are crucial for effectively running our club’s operations, ensuring we continue to provide outstanding services to our community.

1. IRB Captain

Role: The IRB/Power craft Captain has overall responsibility for the provision of power craft services for the Association. They are responsible for maintaining the correct use and care of all power craft equipment.

2. First Aid Officer

Role: The First Aid Officer has overall responsibility for the provision of first aid services within the Association. They are responsible for maintaining adequate stocks of LSV/SLSA approved first aid material and equipment.

3. Gear Steward

Role: The Gear Steward has the overall responsibility for the purchase, replacement and repair of Association’s patrol equipment. Responsible for maintaining the patrol equipment to LSV and/or SLSA (whichever is the higher) as well as developing and maintaining a changeover timetable and repair schedule for patrol equipment.

4. Patrol Manager

Role: The Patrol Manager has overall responsibility for the provision of an efficient patrolling service. They Review patrol effectiveness weekly and work with Patrol Captains and Club Captain to address any issues and share lessons learned.

5. Radio Officer

Role: The Radio Officer has overall responsibility for the provision of reliable radio communication services within the Association.

6. Competition

Role: The Inverloch Surf Lifesaving Club is seeking a dedicated and passionate Volunteer Summer Competition Team Manager to join our team. This role involves coordinating summer competition training sessions, managing team participation in competitions, and handling all related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong commitment to supporting our athletes, and the ability to foster a positive and motivating environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our club and make a meaningful impact in our community.
