Clubhouse Accommodation Booking Request

Please complete this form to request clubhouse accommodation.

NOTE: You are not permitted to stay at the clubhouse until your request has been approved. DO NOT assume that it will be automatically approved.

Complete one application per person per stay
Request must be completed by midnight on the Thursday before the weekend (Fri, Sat or Sun nights) you are requesting or, if another night of the week, at least 24 hours prior to first night requested.
You must be a current financial member.
If you are under 18 years old you must have completed and submitted a Junior Member Accommodation Agreement for the current season prior to applying for accommodation. This can be done via the following link: Junior Accommodation Agreement
If you are 18 years of age or older you must have a current Victorian WWCC.
If you are under 18 years old, acceptance of the conditions below assumes that your parent or guardian has agreed to allow you to stay at the clubhouse and has granted you this permission on the understanding that you will comply with all applicable rules.

Once you have submitted your registration you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request. This email confirms that we have received your request, it does not indicate that your request has been approved. Once we have finalised availability and ensured we have appropriate supervision in place for junior members we will confirm or deny your request.
